Buskers’ Banquet combines the best the independent food and performing art scenes.
**What to expect:**
- A bespoke three-course meal crafted by Chef Ceci Giuseppetti
- Live acoustic performances by London-based musicians, Whitmore & Daniel Jacklin
- Chef Ceci Giuseppetti, alumni of the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School, Ireland, will have the opportunity to create, share and discuss his specially curated menu. The performers will be able to treat the audience to an intimate acoustic gig, giving guests a special insight into their world.
- A chance for the audience to enjoy an up-close musical experience with the performers
**The Menu:**
**Primo**
- Handmade tagliolini, pomodori, pecorino
**Secondo**
- Slow cooked vitello, peas and pancetta, British leaves, fresh gremolata
**Dolce**
- Pressed chocolate cake, sorbetto

**The Chef**: Ceci Giuseppetti
Ceci Giuseppetti trained at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School, Ireland, before working as a chef at Ruth Rogers’ celebrated River Cafe, Hammersmith, London.
Growing up between Italy, France and England, Ceci‘s cooking celebrates simple ingredients and brings to life artisanal food that has been passed down generations. Her knowledge of farming and heritage varieties is evident in her farm to plate ethos.
**The Music**:
- Whitmore - An upbeat, melodic project coming out of West London. A musical walk in the woods.
- Daniel Jacklin - a folk/americana act from Suffolk that writes about the trials and tribulations of love, youth and growth. His music echoes sounds from both sides of the pond and carries a personal and intimate tone influenced by the likes of Ray LaMontagne, Adam Melchor and Flyte
